Ms. Bella, Founder & CEO:
Ms. Bella is the visionary behind Just Keep Dancing Dance Academy LLC, bringing over 19 years of dance experience to her students & dance community. A registered professional dancer and educator with Dance/USA (the nation’s largest association for professional dance), she began formal dance training at age five under renowned coaches from the PLA Art Academy. Besides classically trained in Ballet and Chinese Classical & Folk Dance with distinctions in highest levels of Grade exams, Isabella also cross-trains in Ballroom, Barre fitness, Belly Dance, Yoga, and Pilates. She is the 2025 IODC International Dance Competition Champion in the Professional Solo Division and a first-place winner in multiple national competitions. She also has a distinguished academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree from Peking University and a Master’s from MIT.

Her signature teaching achievement is the creation of the East-meets-West Fusion Classical Dance style, earning five-star reviews for its artistry and innovative teaching methods. She has performed as a main cast dancer with the Peking University Dance Ensemble, completed advanced training at Boston Ballet, and headlined major cultural events, including solo performances at the Annual Worcester Asian Festival and the 2024 Worcester Art Festival. Isabella continues to inspire through stunning productions for both youth and adult dancers, leading her team of dancers to light up stages across Central Massachusetts & beyond.

Outside of dancing, Ms Bella is also a well-rounded leader in the community with 12+years of experience and functional expertise in Finance, Corporate Strategy & Product Development, and 10+years of experience in Fortune 400 companies with track record of success in financial and strategic impact for organizations, employees and customers. She is open to serve on boards for non-profit and/or arts organizations

Fusion Classical | Dunhuang Dance | Ballet
A professional dancer and dance educator, Ms. Isabella brings 19+ years of experience and elite training in Ballet and Chinese Classical Dance, with cross-training in multiple styles. She is the 2025 IODC International Dance Champion, a multi-time national winner, and creator of the acclaimed East-meets-West Fusion Classical Dance style. Isabella holds degrees from Peking University and MIT, completed advanced training at Boston Ballet, and has headlined major cultural events across the Northeast.

Jazz, K-pop | Ballet | Folk/Character Dance
A former main-cast dancer with Russia's prestigious National Dance Ensemble in Siberia, Kira brings a strong foundation in Russian classical ballet and artistic gymnastics to her teaching. She is classically trained and highly proficient in ballet, character dance, and jazz, having won the Grand Prix at the international "Wind Rose" competition. Ms. Kira is very skilled at teaching kids & adults like, having served repeatedly as lead dancer and choreographer on global stages.

Ms. Brooke Gilliam

We are honored to welcome Brooke Gilliam, a professional company artist for 8 seasons with the Atlanta Ballet, as our Summer Master Teacher.
A standout talent, Brooke earned a full merit scholarship to the Atlanta Ballet Conservatory before being promoted to the professional company in 2018. Over her eight-season tenure, she has excelled as a soloist on world-renowned stages like the Kennedy Center, performing lead roles such as The Shadow in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Coco Chanel.
During the summer/spring, Brooke brings her elite technical mastery and active professional experience to JKDA's master class workshops, offering our students an exclusive opportunity to train under one of the industry's premier performing artists.

Ms. Maya Gray
Contemporary, Hip-op/Kpop, Competition
A graduate of the prestigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), Ms. Maya possesses the rare, high-caliber athletic foundation that defines world-class performers. Her early elite gymnastics background seamlessly enhances her artistry, granting her exceptional physical control, line extension, and technical precision as a dancer. This powerful foundation makes her an exceptionally versatile educator, highly skilled across both classical and commercial disciplines, with expertise spanning ballet, contemporary, and modern jazz, alongside hip-hop, tap, heels, and K-pop.
From dancing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to competing at the Dance World Cup in Germany with the Boston Tap Company, Ms. Maya brings elite experience and award-winning choreography to our studio.
